Naiduniya, Gwalior. The Gwalior bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has given an important verdict in a case related to recruitment in the Indian Army, reinstating the petition that was dismissed earlier for hearing again.
The court said that cases related to army recruitment can be heard in the High Court and not in the Armed Forces Tribunal. This decision was passed by the double bench of Justice Anand Pathak and Justice Anil Verma.
