Prepare and submit regular reports on gold loan operations. Provide data for internal audits and management reviews.

Collect and verify necessary documents from customers. Maintain records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements. Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of pledged gold.

Greet and assist customers inquiring about gold loans. Explain the gold loan process, terms, and conditions to customers. Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and promptly.
