It is not what you think. Ekta Kapoor did not build this temple. In fact, it was built by King Mahipala in 1905 and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. There are two temples on the premises which are the reason why these temples are conjointly called Sas Bahu. One of these temples is bigger than the other one, and hence, called Mother in law. The smaller temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and has huge sandstone slabs stacked against each other in a slanting position. This one of the most amazing temples to visit in Gwalior as it offers a unique experience to its visitors. So just plan a visit to this temple and unveil the reason behind its uncommon name!
